On the far side of the moon, the Blackett crater overlays the northeastern part of the rim of a smaller crater with what name? Lying across from the eastern rim of this crater is a double crater formation consisting of two satellites of the same name designated with the letters "E" and "G". The crater and two satellites are named after an American astronomer and physicist (1885-1964) whose first and middle names are Harlan True.
